Step 3 - Plan
In Step 3 we take our prioritised list of activities and we identify which of these will be our focus for the week ahead. We use flagging to indicate what needs to be 'done now' what is coming 'up next' and what can be 'done later'.
Your Actions
- Review your prioritised list and identify those tasks that will be the focus of the week ahead.
- Figure out where best to plan for those tasks - whether using a daily list or a calendar approach.
- Block out your time to work on these tasks, ensuring that you have scheduled time for all areas of your life.
